I personally use Eneloop AA and EBL9V for my rechargeables. Something to keep in mind is that the 9V rechargable types will usually not run devices that need a true 9 volts current. They run like 8.2 to 8.4....but no detector I know of has any such voltage cutoff. Also, they may be a tight fit in some devices. Links below to the exact ones I own.
